At Workforce Rise, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
A cancellation request must be submitted within 2 hours of successful payment to be eligible for a refund.
Requests made after 2 hours from the time of payment are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are applicable only if:
The cancellation request is received within the 2-hour window
The service, session, or program has not commenced
No access has been provided to course materials, mentorship sessions, or premium services
No refunds will be issued if:
The cancellation request is made after 2 hours
Any course material, mentorship session, counselling session, or service has been accessed
The program, certification, or counselling has already started
The payment was made under a discounted, scholarship, or promotional offer (unless stated otherwise)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted
If Workforce Rise cancels or reschedules a program due to operational reasons, eligible participants may receive:
A full refund or
An option to transfer enrollment to another program
All refund and cancellation decisions made by Workforce Rise are final and binding.
